Kamers 2015

Kamers came to a successful end last night and as we went to finish up this morning we found the beautifully ancient halls of St. John's College echoing with the bustling sound of children's laughter and excited footsteps of 13,000 visitors. One thing I love about my job is that I get to try out all the new goodies that we make. Our Slouchy Beanie is making me super excited for the winter months that lie ahead.

Karen has outdone herself once again by making sure the pattern, fit and colour goes perfectly PERFECT together.

I count myself as lucky... I have artistic blood. My 'oupa' used to draw the most spectacular drawings of people and wildlife. I always used to sit in his lazy-boy and go through his sketchbooks and imagined myself doing the same when I was older. My dad has a creative heart - always made up riddles for us to solve and drew the funniest little sketches to make us laugh.

I don't know about you, but I feel the cold air creeping closer and closer. On the one hand I am dreading the winter, but the creative me is super excited for a change in fashion - Snoodies, Cowls, Mittens, Boot Cuffs... Happy Dance!!!
